Production Line for Wire Mesh Fencing - Hebei Luojie Metal Products Co., Ltd.

1. Raw Material Preparation

• Adopt high-quality low-carbon steel wire, galvanized steel wire or PVC-coated steel wire (comply with international standards like ASTM, ISO).
• Raw material inspection: Strictly test wire diameter, tensile strength and corrosion resistance to ensure qualification before production.

2. Wire Straightening & Cutting

• Automatic wire straightening machine: Remove wire curvature and ensure linearity with high precision.
• Computer-controlled cutting system: Cut wires into preset lengths according to fencing dimensions (customizable for different heights and widths).

3. Mesh Weaving/Forming

• High-speed automatic mesh weaving machine: Realize continuous weaving of wire mesh with adjustable mesh sizes (50x50mm, 75x150mm, 100x100mm, etc.).
• For welded wire mesh fencing: Use spot welding technology with uniform welds, strong adhesion and no loose joints.
• For chain link fencing: Adopt interlocking weaving process to ensure mesh flexibility and structural stability.

4. Surface Treatment

• Galvanizing process: Hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing to enhance corrosion resistance (zinc coating thickness up to 85μm).
• PVC/PE coating: Extrusion coating with weather-resistant, anti-UV and anti-aging properties (coating color: black, green, gray, etc., customizable).
• Passivation treatment: Further improve surface protection performance and extend product service life.

5. Fencing Forming & Assembly

• Frame fabrication: Cut and weld steel pipes/angle irons into fence frames (square, rectangular, etc.) with precise dimensions.
• Mesh & frame assembly: Fix the processed mesh to the frame via welding, bolting or clamping for firm connection.
• Accessory installation: Equip with hinges, latches, posts, base plates and other accessories according to customer requirements.

6. Quality Inspection & Packaging

• Multi-stage inspection: Check mesh size, wire diameter, weld quality, surface treatment and overall dimensions one by one.
• Load-bearing and corrosion resistance tests: Ensure products meet international safety and durability standards.
• Standard packaging: Wrap with waterproof film and cartons, or use wooden pallets for export, to prevent damage during transportation.
